The process we use for the production of molded parts is the thermo-forming or thermo-forming. This consists in heating a plate or sheet of semi-finished thermoplastic (polymers such as PS, ABS, PetG, PE, PP ...) so that when softening it can adapt to the shape of a mold by the action of pressure vacuum or through a counter-mold.
